Rendezvous Founder Inducted into the Colorado Business Hall of Fame
Walter A. "Buz" Koelbel is his family’s third generation of inductees, following his father and grandfather. Buz played a pivotal role in propelling the 74-year-old Koelbel and Company to its status as one of Colorado's premier privately held real estate development firms, serving at the helm for over 40 years. He was instrumental in creating Rendezvous Colorado, Koelbel at Grand Elk and so many other Colorado communities.
